1. Delivery Coverage & Shipping Charges

MoNKo ships across all serviceable pincodes in India via our automated logistics partner, Shiprocket.

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders with a subtotal of ₹599 and above.
• Standard Shipping Fee: A flat fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹599.

2. Dispatch & Estimated Timelines

Orders placed before 2:00 PM are generally processed and dispatched on the same business day.

• Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days.
• Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

3. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your Shiprocket AWB tracking link to monitor delivery status in real-time.
