Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Food Hygiene & Safety Non-Returnable Policy

Because MoNKo products are consumable food products (sugar replacers), opened or unsealed pouches/sachets are non-returnable for food hygiene and health safety reasons, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Shipments

If you receive a package that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement or full refund.

• Reporting Timeline: Please notify us within 48 hours of parcel delivery at Purepathventures1@gmail.com.
• Proof Required: Attach a clear photo or short unboxing video showing the damaged box/seal and the order number.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been picked up by our courier partner (Shiprocket), it cannot be cancelled in transit.

4. Refund Process & Timelines

Once an approved refund is initiated, it will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
